Jordan, Iraq and Kuwait lead the way in marine & coastal engineering
Due to the overall downturn in marine and coastal engineering work in the GCC, many companies have expanded their operations further north. In Jordan, there are ambitious plans to develop and revolutionise the Red Sea Coast into a business and leisure hub.
Iraq is redeveloping the Basrah region, specifially the Grand Faw port and Basra oil terminal and Kuwait is developing Bubiyan Island into a multi-modal transport network.
Marine & Coastal Engineering Jordan will cover key projects in the north of the GCC. This event will focus on the key industry challenges through regional project case studies and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
